Bij het solstitium gaat het middelpunt van de zonneschijf door het zomerpunt van de ecliptica en bereikt zijn grootste noordelijke declinatie (+23 graden 26'08"). Op het noordelijke halfrond zijn de dagen het langst.

We are now approaching the Cancer Solstice for 2019, preparing for the reorientation of consciousness which it signals. This year it is of particular importance as we are leading up to the Festival of the New Group of World Servers in December. Tuija will be offering an exact moment Meditation - Broadcast beginning at
2:45 /2:35 PM GMT,
on Friday, June 21st.
We are going to try to join the International Group Preparing for the Festival Week of the New Group of World Servers. If our experiment works, we will be meditating in silence with them six minutes before and six minutes after the exact Cancer Solstice at 3:54:08 PM GMT.
